I have done tons of brake jobs in my life and never had this happen before. I got finished and tightened the lug nuts and the wheel won't spin freely by hand. I don't have. Follow the brake cable to the rear wheel and the thingamajig it attaches to at the back of the wheel is some sort of plate with a complicated sliding linkage that can be unjammed with a screwdriver and maybe a knock with a hammer.Unjam it and spray with WD40 or brake cleaner and the wheel should freely spin but use your hand brake frequently. If you can turn the adjusters back, the shoes will have some room for the return springs to pull them inward, if you can break the bond to the drum. With 4WD disengaged the front tires should spin by hand easily. Likewise you should be able to easily rotate the front drive shaft by hand and move the front tires. The rear tires would spin under acceleration. Also when placed in to 4wd says "Service 4WD", but no CEL or codes pulled. I checked the brake fluid = Good Jacked up the front end and neither tire would budge. I took off the tires and found the brake pads were stuck to the rotor on both driver and passenger sides.

Yes, several months ago we had a discussion about rust forming on the rotors of the rear wheels and the brake pads fusing to the rotor. The result was that the rear wheels would not rotate. Of course it may also be that the brake pads are set but that is rather obvious. Take a look at the rotors on the rear and see if you can see a rust build up. The proper way to apply the brake is: 1. Stop the vehicle with the regular brake. 2. With your foot still on the regular brake, shift into NEUTRAL and apply the parking brake. 3. Remove you foot from the regular brake and allow the truck to settle against the applied parking brake.

The transmission may just be stuck in P for some reason. If the ideas above don't pan out, take a look at the shifting linkage from the shifter to the transmission.
